Retreat Overview
This summer we will be exploring the # 1 ranked most Beautiful National Park in the USA-Glacier National Park in Montana to explore Judaism in the Great Outdoors.
We have selected some of the finest Torah educators in the world as well as a well seasoned guide for this experience…. Come join us for a nine day trip of personal discovery.
We will be staying at a Beautiful Ranch just outside the park in Whitefish, Montana National Park and doing day hikes. Our daily living activities including: meals, learning, workshops and optional tent sleeping will occur at the base camp. There will be NO need to carry supplies in heavy backpacks.
Each day will combine Torah learning, group challenge based initiatives, day hikes, and exploration.
We are flying into Missoula. There is a possibility for pick up in Kalispell, Montana(FCA). Please be in touch before booking your flight.

For over 25 years, Heritage Retreats has offered compelling explorations of Judaism. Our program is designed for the best and brightest university students, providing an introduction to Judaism that matches the intellectual rigor of a college-level course.
Each day includes six hours of structured instruction:
- Morning Sessions: 3–4 hours of in-depth study, creating a shared intellectual experience that strengthens bonds among participants.
- Afternoons: Dedicated to outdoor activities, fostering teamwork, connection, and a sense of community in a relaxed and engaging environment.
- Early Evening Sessions: 2–3 hours of continued learning, encouraging group discussions and collaborative exploration to deepen both knowledge and relationships.
Heritage Retreats is dedicated to offering a comprehensive Jewish education tailored for college students who are new to the study of Torah. Each one-week seminar is thoughtfully designed to introduce participants to foundational texts, historical context, and the rich tapestry of Jewish thought and practice.
